I hate to be the one to tell you this Aniket, but you neither have the authority nor the expertise to even suggest a "rating" system such as this. Your subtitle clearly indicates you have no conception of how writers receive their reads or their money. This is about writing quality material which is good enough to draw the reader in and keep them in through the entire piece. Not how many followers you have. Also, a writer needs to be judged by their work BY THE READER not the often skewed and slanted "opinions" of an editorial team who have been provided a "checklist" of what to accept or not accept.
