This is interesting Gillian. I read that piece and agreed with the message. Nowhere in it did you allude to Ellen's sexual preferences being the issue. People of Ellen's status have a MAJOR responsibilty to be accountable for the way they treat EVERYONE they come in contact with. Not just their paying customers (the audience). The way I interpreted the message you were laying down was you were holding Ellen accountable for being a shitty person to her staff, and members of her crew. Shitty treatment is shitty treatment no matter what the sexual preference, or gender.
